This investment in people is a core value of British Business; which is why the then Lord Mayor of the City of London (Vincent Keaveny) launched the BBF Training Expert Scheme in 2022 to commend companies that go above and beyond.
The BBF Training Expert Scheme has 3 levels.

50% of total Omani employees (minimum 50 employees receiving training) or over 100 Omani employees in total to have received training. Training must be UK-accredited and have been provided in last 5 years.

25% of total Omani employees (minimum 25 employees receiving training). Training must be UK-accredited and have been provided in last 5 years.

10% of total Omani employees (minimum 10 employees receiving training) or over 90% of Omani employees receiving training (minimum 3 employees receiving training). Training must be UK-accredited and have been provided in last 5 years.
